This unique twin-wall panel profile was originally developed for the pPod's curved front access.

Since then, we have identified several other ag and non-ag applications for these panels. Clear polycarbonate flex panels make excellent insulated low tunnels for row crops in cold climates, and curved semi-translucent walls and doors. Opaque polycarbonate, lucite, or high-density polypropylene flex panels can also be used for roll-up or wrap-around doors
and rigid signs that can be stored in a tube.

These twin-wall flex panels are fabricated the same as commonly available twin-wall polycarbonate sheet. Since the overall-process for engineering and fabricating this type of product is expensive and relies on large batch production, flex panels are best suited to product offerings involving high volume or large projects.
